Dosimetria e efeitos biológicos da radiação em modelos in vitro e in vivo

Projeto 1. NMDose_v3

Version 3 of the NMDose software was developed by ANDRÉ LUIZ ALBERTI LEITÂO, as part of his graduate project in the Oncology Program of the Faculdade de Medicina da Universidade de São Paulo (FMUSP), guided by prof. Marcelo Tatit Sapienza.

 

NMDOse is an in-house software initially developed by José Willegaignon and Marcelo Tatit Sapienza at FMUSP in 2016. The software was updated in the current version, and its flowchart incorporates co-registration, activity integration, automatic segmentation for bone and soft tissues, and absorbed dose calculation using dose-point kernel convolution for 131I, 177Lu, or 90Y, resulting in a three-dimensional dose map recorded in DICOM format.  This version has been tested and proved to be stable with the matlab 2020b library.
